Pantry Creamy Pasta Salad
This serves 2. You can double if you want to use this as a side.
*2 C. Cooked shell pasta, or any other pasta you prefer; cooled.
*1/4 c sour cream
*2Tbs grated Parmesan
*1 tsp white wine vinegar
*2 tsp dried parsley
*1 tsp dried dill
*Salt to taste
In a bowl, add all of the ingredients; carefully stir until all of the ingredients are incorporated. Refrigerate if you like it chilled.
Serve as a light lunch or as a side.
