I debated about posting this, but it’s really too good not to share. I had made this last week and posted it on my Instagram page. I received the most likes I think any of my posts have ever gotten. Oh, I know it wasn’t just the picture of this burger alone, but the name Michael Symon that upped the ante.
This burger is definitely for a cheat day….I seem to be having those a lot more lately. This tasty burger is topped with cheese, crispy bacon and a fried egg nestled between a toasted English muffin. Of course mine doesn’t look nearly as neat as Michael Symon’s, especially with that lone piece of bacon sticking out of the back that is either trying to run or wave….I’m not quite sure.
