Salsa

Ingredients:
- 4 Roma tomatoes, halved
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- juice of 1 lime, or more to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- onion and garlic powder if needed, to taste
Directions:
Place tomatoes, onions, and garlic cloves on a lightly sprayed baking sheet. Place under broiler and broil until tomatoes start to turn brown, taking care not to burn garlic. Set aside and cool slightly.
In a food processor, add canned diced tomatoes, salt and pepper, lime juice, halved tomatoes, onions, garlic and cilantro. Pulse until mixed together and mixture is at desired consistency. Taste and add onion or garlic powder if needed.
Pour into serving dish. Serve with tortilla chips.
